Memorica specializes in creating premium personalized acrylic prints using the photos and customization details provided by customers.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method used for your purchase.

3. Personalized Products

All products sold by Memorica are custom-made based on the information and images submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The uploaded photo is correct and of suitable quality.

  • Names, dates, text, and other customization details are accurate.

  • The selected product size and options are correct before completing the purchase.

Memorica is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Once production of a personalized product has begun, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on our website are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we work hard to deliver every order on time, delays caused by third-party logistics partners are beyond our direct control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

As every product is personalized, Memorica does not accept returns or provide refunds on delivered orders.

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged during transit,

  • Defective due to manufacturing, or

  • Different from the item ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and your order number.

After verification, we will provide a replacement where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, designs, text, product images, and branding, belongs to Memorica and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Customer Content

By uploading photos or artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the uploaded content or have permission to use it.

  • Your uploaded content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

  • Your content does not violate any applicable laws.

Memorica reserves the right to reject any order containing unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Memorica's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
