Once production begins, orders cannot be edited or cancelled.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

As all products are personalized, Memorica does not accept returns or offer refunds on successfully delivered orders.

If a product arrives damaged during transit, contains a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item is delivered, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, an eligible replacement will be provided in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Memorica shall not be liable for:

  • Customer-uploaded errors

  • Incorrect customization provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or government restrictions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
