Thank you for choosing Memorica. Every acrylic print is custom-made to order, which means we take the time to carefully craft your product before shipping it. Below you'll find important information about our shipping process.
Order Processing
As each product is personalized, orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.

Processing Time: 2–4 business days

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once production has started, your order cannot be modified or cancelled.
Shipping Time
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 7-8 business days

Other Locations Across India: 10-15 business days

Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on the courier partner.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier partner's website.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

Memorica is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will always assist you in tracking your shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing memorica.in@gmail.com

After verification, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Memorica is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or re-delivery charges.
