Return Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

At Memorica, every acrylic print is custom-made using the photo and specifications provided by the customer. Because each product is personalized, we do not accept returns once an order has been produced or delivered.

No Returns

As all products are made exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect photo uploaded by the customer

  • Minor color variations caused by different screen displays

  • Personal preferences after delivery

Please review your photo, size, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will process a replacement as quickly as possible.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be approved if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.

  • You received the wrong product.

Memorica reserves the right to verify all claims before approving a replacement.

Refund Policy

At Memorica, all acrylic prints are personalized and made specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on successfully delivered orders.

No Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect photo or design submitted by the customer

  • Incorrect size or customization selected during checkout

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement instead of a refund.

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing memorica.in@gmail.com along with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once your personalized acrylic print has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

If a refund is approved for an eligible pre-production cancellation, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
